Sun Dried Tomato Crusted Chicken with Balsamic Glazed Onions and Cream Sauce

I've bought a lot of crackers recently for very little and wanted to come up with a recipe that used them. This is what I created - it's tasty! The tang of the balsamic vinegar cuts through the rich sauce and it all works together really well. See the recipe here.

Chicken - $1.69 / lb at But Low - total $2.00
Wheat Thins - $2.09 at Targer, used $1.00 coupon and $1 / 2 Target coupon - total $.59 for box, used 1/4 - total $.14
Flour- $.05
Egg - $1.00 / dozen at Smith's - used 1 - total $.08
2 Tbs vegetable oil - $.10
1 medium onion, quartered and thinly sliced - $.20 / lb at Walmart - total $.20
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar - $2.00 at Alberton's, doubled $1.00 coupon - total - free!
1/2 cup milk - $.05
4oz sun dried tomato and basil Philadelphia cream cheese - $1.75 / 8oz, used $.75 coupon - $1.00 / 8oz, used 4oz - total - $.50
