This is another knock off of a CPK pizza, although I admit I've never actually had this one at their restaurant. This is just my best (and frugal) attempt at re-creating it. In order to keep the total cost for the meal down, we ate simple side dishes - carrots and celery with dip and strawberries ($.77 / lb!). You can find the recipe here.

Chicken breast - $1.69 at Buy Low, used 1 - total $1.00
Onion $.25 / lb at Buy Low - total $.18
Kraft BBQ sauce - $.88 at Smith's, used $1.00 coupon - total - Free
Cheese - $2.09 at Target for 8 oz, used $1.00 coupon plus $1/2 Target coupon – total $.59, used 12 oz - total $.88
Corn - bought at Smith's case lot sale - $.44 each, used half - total $.22
Black beans - bought at Smith's case lot sale - $.38 each, used half - total $.19
Cilantro - $.25 / bunch at Buy Low, used 1/3 - total $.08
Lime - $.20 at Buy Low
Sour cream (used Daisy) - $1.00 / 8oz at Walmart, $.50 coupons - total $.50, used 1/4 - total - $.13
Cornmeal - $1.58 / canister at Walmart, used 1/4 cup - total $.06
Chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, chipotle powder, vegetable oil, salt and pepper - pantry, approximate total - $1.00
Grand Total - $4.64 for 4 servings, $1.16 for each serving
